Bokashi is ready!

So the Bokashi is ready now. The recipe said that "when it is ready to use, it will have a sweet, almost cider vinegar scent" it does! It smells like apple cider vinegar :o) So I already put some in my compost bin in the kitchen, not a moment too soon, it was started to get a bit stinky since I ran out of the Bokashi I had bought, and my batch was not quite ready! Making my own Bokashi

Here we go… So I have all the ingredients needed to make my own Bokashi. I will be following the pod chef’s recipe from the “How to Make Bokashi” video.
