- Pollution Solutions is a program of Resources for Health. We teach youngsters and adults that the best answer to the question "paper or plastic?" is "neither!" and to "choose to reuse!" We begin with "A Story About Shopping Bags," which you can view by clicking below, describing the lifecycle of plastic and paper shopping bags. Then each youngster receives a cotton reusable shopping bag to decorate using stencils and crayons. When they take their artfully decorated bags home and begin using and reusing them, they are helping to implement solutions to pollution! Learn more at our website:
