Hi Mary, sorry it has taken me so long to respond to you, been having a personal crisis. Yes my rainbarrels are HOA approved. You can call me at 480-671-8216 and I can meet with you about them. They have one of the larger ones (for backyards) at AKA Green if you want to look at the color choices.
