Office space to rent downtown Phoenix

Hi all,

The Arizona Wilderness Coalition has an office space to share in the Roosevelt district in Phoenix. We're looking for a tenant to help us share the rent in this spacious historic house. We prefer someone working in the conservation field, but we’re open to other non-profit professions as well!

What is available:

* One room office with two large windows and a separate entrance
* Hardwood floors and abundant closet space
* Two shared bathrooms and a large, full kitchen
* Joint conference room and reception area
* Wrap-around porch and shady yard out back including two citrus trees

The house sits facing 3rd Avenue and is accessible from an alleyway off of Roosevelt Ave. Location is steps away from future light rail stop and close to the downtown Farmer's Market. Parking available on-street and across 3rd Avenue (shaded).
