We went out to Tonopah Rob's yesterday and it was well worth the drive. We will be returning there soon for the free tour.

Did anyone ever get back to you on this? I plan on growing melons in the spring and was wondering what happened. Are you going to/did you get something to deter the birds?

That's my neighbor Karl, he will probably have ducklings this spring for sale. He definitely does not need another male - keep more than one and they fight terribly around mating season! His profile is

Oh, this song does not rhyme with Asparagus. The word that rhymes is "me," and the other word is "pee." A great one for the little ones :)

Hello, love the garden photos! Alas we have no zuchini or melons this year. Just can not get them to flower :(

To join the group go to the "Marketing & Promotion" group. I linked it to the group.

Above the area with all the little photos of who is already in the group there is a box above that and it has "Join Marketing & Promotion" click that link and then you have joined up.

Let me know if you are running into any other problems. Thanks! Ericka

So it sounds like I should use some topsoil mixed with compost, correct? Since I'm not digging anything out, I don't have extra soil. I know that I can get topsoil from a landscape supplier like Pioneer.
