Hi Patricia,
I am so gald that you enjoyed the Veggie class! I will be continuing to teach the veggie garden classes, well, probably indefinately. It's a fun series so I will continue to do it as long as they will have me! I am hoping to start teaching some of my other classes over the summer and into the fall. If there is something particular that you are interested in, you can contact the moderator of this site and put in a request. That always helps get things moved through the paper work phase faster! Let me know if you have any other questions or if I didn't answer this one fully.
Thanks,
Heather

Unfortunately, I missed last week's Composting class. I have been composting in a plastic bin for about a month and a half. I routinely add green matter, brown matter (soil) and water. I hand turn regularly and it looks and smells great...earthy. How long must I keep it in the bin composting before putting it in my garden? Looking forward to your commenets.

Ready made raised beds, looks pretty cool but pricey. Don't know if there is a local source for them and how much just the wattles cost. They're recycling rice straw from Ca. for them now instead of burning the straw after harvest which is a good th…
