- Originally from the midwest but have lived here in Phoenix for a number of years. Just moved to the Mesa area however and now have about an acre of land. I'm married, have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. I am a graphic designer and also sell tea. Wanting to go back to my farm roots but don't really know a lot about growing fruits and veggies here in the southwest.
