Hi Christina - just wanted to let you know that Arizona Homegrown Solutions is having a Casa Grande Action Group meet and greet on Aug. 8. You can meet others from the area who are interested in permaculture, gardening, rainwater harvesting, etc. Details at http://azhomegrownsolutions.ning.com/events/casa-grand-action-group

I am starting my first garden using the biointensive method and am looking for help (if I run into issues...lol). Can I contact you if I need to?

Thanks,

Good to meet you at the rain barrel build at Skip's. My barrel is set up and ready to go, though I need a gutter to redirect the water. Hmm... I may have to build ANOTHER barrel for the north side of my yard. (The wheels are turning.)

Here are some links to plans for building a compost tumbler. We could have a workshop to build a few of these. Tumblers aren't inherently faster; it is just hat they tend to get turned more often than bins compost.
