Hey Cheryl - I see you're also signed up to tour the Bee Oasis March 7 in Mesa - want to carpool? We could pick you up...also, we are out of town this weekend but are planning to get some compost (3 pickup loads!) from a chicken farm the following weekend (2/21) and then do some tilling...we could get together Sunday late morning if you have time - I hope to plant melon/cucumbers/others on Sunday so we could chat while I do that if you'd like...email me. Hi. We saw the gal that we had dinner with at your house at the tree pruning class today. Unfortunately, we forgot her name. We sure learned alot that we can share with you when we have you over as our guest at our tree pruning party. :-)
So I cooked the first of the rabbits we processed last week. Fried it like chicken. What went wrong is I have never fried chicken and I cooked it too long resulting in rubber rabbit so I popped it into the crockpot for three hours and it was divine…

I will be cleaning out my garden soon of old vegetation. Do you want any of it for your compost? I would think that the sun would help heat things up.
On another note...I watched The Bachelor for the first time last week. From that one show, I have decided he should choose Jillian. What do you think?
Did you get the compost tumbler? I may kick myself for passing on it, but I figure there will be more in the future.
