I bet we could talk one of the big businesses downtown into letting us turn one of their lawn spaces into a garden. When I go downtown on the bus, especially down central, there's all these lawn spaces facing the street - there's a really big one on the east side of the street.

My dishwasher uses just over 3 gallons of water to clean an entire load. I don't think I could do better than that by hand washing. :)
