After five years in my house the landlord has sold the property and I would like to find a new place I can permeate. I live near Lincoln and Scottsdale road and would like to stay in the area, my job is close by but I would be willing to travel a little. You can see my current garden at my home page, it started out with Arizona landscaping{gravel and more gravel, not much else}. I am looking for a small house I can improve, I do most of my own repairs now and would be willing to do the same in my new place. Please reply if you need a good renter that loves to improve the land.
Thanks
Marion

But, I just wanted you to know I'm lifting up your situation (as I'm sure many are) and trusting there is even a better place waiting for you; a place where you can apply all of your new talents.

We are currently looking for a new room mate. I'm also into permaculture and the backyard is very big. I live near Beck & University. So not too far away. Send me a note for further info.
Best regards,
Raul
