City of Phoenix Solid Waste Bins

We bought 2 of the City of Phoenix waste bins that had been drilled with holes/bottom cut out and use it for composting. A friend gave me the reference and now can't find it. Anyone know of where to get them and more so....there are some of those HUGE ones that make great animal shelters - that's what I'm really looking for. Got a reference?

The big metal bins? You're right, those would make great animal shelters, an if painted would even look nice- plus be strong, easy to drill into with a metal bit, you could hose them off, they'd allow you to hang lights or shelves or feed bins- what a great idea!
