Have a beautiful bounty of fresh vegetables from your garden and want to learn how to preserve them for later? Learn the basic skills needing for canning most any kind of fruit or veggie mixture during this class. We will be making a wonderful salsa with homegrown ingredients from start to finish. And each student will take their own jar of fresh salsa home at the end of class to share with friends and family. What a great holiday gift to offer, when you can give a decorated homemade creation and share your harvest with others.

If you want to bring a 1/2 or 1 pint canning jar to replace the one you will get that would be nice.

It is good for younger people to learn this, I started when I was about 9 or so.
