Simple and easy, ART: “Aqueous Revitalization Technique” will keep all your produce, fresh picked alive, right up until you are ready to prepare, and serve it your family. It is based on the same principles florist use to keep their flowers long lasting. This work shop will teach you the hows and whys of this fascinating technique. No longer will you open you refrigerator crisper to find wilted and lifeless vegetables. Instead you will reach in to pull out alive and fresh produce, as if you had just picked it from the garden yourself. Your farm fresh produce will last two to three times as long using this technique.
Please sign in with the volunteers at the door.
$15 fee is payable with cash or check. (Make checks out to Valley Permaculture Alliance).
Please park in the large parking lot off of 28th St. on your right.
