Herbs for the Desert with Maya Dailey & Doreen Pollack

Requested donation: $15 (Cash or check only)

Join Maya Dailey, urban farmer and owner of Maya’s Farm and Doreen Pollack, master gardener and Permaculturist on a delightful; fall morning down on the farm, Maya’s Farm that is. Learn how to create an herb garden whether it is in the ground or an lovely pots or containers. Learn what flowers are edibles and how to use them in your family meals. Also tour a working urban farm that supplies fresh produce and eggs to 25 restaurants, a CSA and farmers markets all from about an acre of Arizona land!

I thought the class was great , lots of good info and i have the handout for it. the ladies taught from the handout and I am sure that Maya or Doreen can email it to you , if not i will have Chris send it along

We are looking to do different classes throughout the cooler season. We do not have a specific date yet, so watch the calendar!
