Fall planting season is here in the low desert! You’ve attended the Designing a Vegetable Garden 4 week Series and got your garden bed ready to go – soil is amended, water system is in place – but now what?

Confused about how much to plant to feed the family? Where to get quality seeds – heirloom or not? Transplants, or seeds? How do you get an extended harvest? What is companion planting and what goes together and what to avoid in the same bed? How far apart should I plant them? How do you thin seedlings? Join Doreen Pollack as she shares tips from the Master Gardeners, Permaculture and many others who have mastered this. You will receive sources for quality seeds, companion planting lists and a system to design your garden for optimum production.

This class is also offered September 24th and September 27th.
