Event Description

Instructor: Vynnie the Gardener

Whether you’re a homeowner, apartment dweller, beginning gardener, or seasoned green thumb, you can learn how to reduce and/or eliminate kitchen and yard waste and turn it into wonderfully rich, free compost for your garden.

We will explore the myriad of methods for backyard composting, types of compost bins, as well as an overview of worm composting. Vynnie the Gardener will share his secrets to a sustainable, organic, self-fertilizing garden, which all starts from the ground up, compost being the key.

$15 donation requested (cash or check to the Valley Permaculture Alliance, a 501C3 non-profit)
